I found that some softwares such as Microsoft Office can be controlled or managed by using Group Policy Templete. As developer, if I want to create my own Group Policy Templete to control or manage my own software, can I do it? If yes, how can I do or where can I get more information about that?

Thank you,

Yes, you can. You need to look at Administrative Templates, or ADM files as
they are also known..

In Windows XP, take a look at "Administrative Templates". I'm not sure if
it's in help on Windows 2000.

Also, see:

Advanced topic: Creating custom .adm files:

To add or remove an Administrative Template (.adm file):

Take a look at http://thethin.net/tsdownload.cfm for more policy templates.
