Group policy snapin on a local windows 2000 professional

Using a group policy on a standalone windows 2000
professional machine, is it possible to have different
setting for each local user account on that machine, I
have tried this, but any change seems to happen for all
user accounts, any ideas anyone??

You can filter different policies using permissions.
