Hi,

I am new to all of this. I am trying to set up a policy for my server. I
asked our network engineers but they taking to long, so I would like to know
how to do this.

This is how the folders are setup:

Share
Share2
Share3

I know that Share2 get it's Inherit from Share. Share3 does not. Share3 is a
Temp Folder, I have users from users1 group have Read & Write, List Folder
Contents, Read. I also gave myself with full rights and Administrator with
Full rights. What I like to happen is users to copy file from that folder
and put it in there own folder and not into someones or another folder that
does not belong to them.

Please could you help me out, thanks

This is not exactly group policy related, however i think that i understand
what you are trying to do.
What needs to happen is that you need to do is add to the security
permissions of share 3 (assuming this is the share in which you want your
users to create/modify thier OWN folders/files) to use a security principal
called "Creator Owner" This permission set gives the user that created the
folder/file full permissions and allows them to set additional permissions
if other users need to access this but users cannot access files/folders if
they are not givin permissions only the creater has full permission. This
is a very helpful and useful security principal and i use it all the time!

Good Luck
Andy
