Group Policy settings for OU in ADS

Hi All,

I am need of this help immediately. We have a Domai named
xxx and i want to create a OU in ADS. Since the OU ia in a
remote location connected to our main server through
leased line, i want to create a user who can have
administrative rights for the specific OU and it should
not the rights to take care of the main domain. Can anyone
help me out in this.
