Group Policy setting

I have a computer with policies set. I'm changing things on the computer so
there is a chunk of space on the hard drive that people can save to and to
also allow CD burning on the machine. The last part of this is giving me
fits. When the policies are enabled I can't drag a file from the open space
on the hard drive to the CD burner. I just get the circle with the line
through it. I've been playing with the different policies that I have set
and can't seem to find the one that's restricting this function. Help would
be great!

So what policies are you talking about? What policies did you assign to
your users and computers?
