I'm currently using Group Policy to administer a standard
homepage to all computers in my company. However, on a
few of these computers the homepage changes automatically
to, what seems to be, random pages. Mostly just some
search page or a page with various popup windows. Does
anyone know what could be causing this and how to prevent
it? (I also have "disable external branding enabled".)

Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the symptoms it sounds like a form of spyware is running on the PC.
I've had similar problems on my home PC after installing a free app. It can
be hard to remove these types of apps. You may want to download Adaware
from download.com and have it scan your system. This is not a MS product
and MS does not support it in any way. I am just recommending it based on
personal experience and experience of friends.

If adaware does not find it you may want to run filemon and regmon from
sysinternals.com to find out where the files and reg keys are for this app
so that you can remove them.
