Group Policy - Screensaver settings

A created a custom screensaver, assigned it to a group of
users using the AD global policy on the OU. Now I want to
lock down the wait time of the screensaver so users can
not change the value I set. Is there a way to do this
without removing the entire screensaver tab from their
view?

You can set Screensaver timeout in \User Configuration\Administrative
Templates\Control Panel\Display\Screen Save Timeout policy
