When I mean Group Policy, it's the program I get when I run "GPedit.msc"

What's the difference between "Computer Configuration" and "User
configuration"?

Is there a way of editting the policies only for "Limitted accounts"? I have
an "Administrator account" and I don't want it to be affected.

I assume you are not in a domain. Normally the user configuration
applies to the domain user no matter what domain machine they are logged
onto [exception is loopback processing]. The effective computer
configuration applies to the computer no matter who is logged onto it. For a
workstation, the configuration for users by design applies to ALL users.
There is an unsupported hack the involves using deny permissions for
exempted users on the \winnt\system32\group policy\users folder. See
