hi,

Thnakx for ur response. I am simulating my problem here. I
have only 1 domain. in that 2 OU's. In that again 2 GPO's.
some users are belongs to those 2 GPO's. GPO user have to
login any PC with in the domain.

If he logs in then that related OU policies have to be
applied to that user and the logged user cann't have to
access the other GPO's system(computer). Only he have to
access his GPO's systems(computer's).

pl. give the solution for this...

I still not sure I understand your questions, since user at Computer1 should
not have any access to computer2 over the network, unless that machine has
shared resources that he has been given explicit rights to use. The only
thing I can come up with is that you might be able to apply a IP filter on
your desktops and deny access to all addresses on your LAN except your
servers to meet your requirement.

This might be a good starting point to IP filters
