You would need to give us more information. This can be due to unresolved
Security IDs in a group policy or DNS resolution issues, among other things.
If it is security related (you would also see SceCli 1202 errors with the
Userenv 1000 errors), you can start looking through the User Rights
Assignment in each policy for an unresolved SID and remove it or else
enable Winlogon logging on an effected client and use that as a guide.
