Group Policy not applied to TS Sessions

We have group policy forcing password protected screen savers to all users
in the domain. We do not want them applied to TS sessions. In group policy
it is a user setting not a computer setting. How can we do this?

Put the TS in a special OU, configure a GPO which does not force a
screen saver, link this GPO to the TS OU and apply "loopback
processing" of the GPO, with the "replace" option.
