group policy missing info

Trying to use SUS and following instructions per domain
installations, when I go to the group policy setting, it
tells me that im supposed to go to computer
configuration\administrative templates\Windows
components\windows updates and change a setting there.
However, I'm not even seeing windows update as a
selection. Am I supposed to install something else?

You need to import the SUS ADM template. Look on MS's website for this.
