Hi,
You can do that with permissions. Users/computers need read and apply
group policy in order for that policy to apply depending on what you
are configuring either it be under user configuration or computer
configuration. So if you remove either of the above permissions on the
machines that you do not want the policy to apply that will do your
job.
Or you can only add this particular machine account only and give it
read and apply group policy on the permissions of the group policy
object you wish to apply to this machine.
