Group Policy - Computer Configuration

Computer Configuration has been set for all workstations
in GP i.e. ctrl+alt+del not needed for logon
BUT the policy never applies to the workstations even
after restart.
Any ideas?

This white paper on GPO troubleshooting has an excellent flow chart that is
very useful in nailing problems like this. Used in conjunction with the GPMC
it should help find the cause.
