On the Domain Policy, I have disable the "Run" Command
from the Start Menu.

On a OU, i have enable the "Run" Command from the Start
Menu, and enable the "Block" inheritance from the domain.

But for some reason, the OU is still accepting the
Default Domain Policy....

Thoughts?

GPO's flow down, have you disabled the inherit from above command
