Everyones meeting is at 3pm
I am also in that same meeting

Every so often for this meeting it is being rescheduled for me automaticly
what is going on? One moment my meeting for this 3pm meeting is now
at 1pm and now as of 15 minutes ago it shows as 6pm

Let the reader be aware that my pc clock time is correct.
the real meeting time has never changed (3pm) I am the only one
experiencing this.

My client is yes.

What would this have to do with that?

Syncing with devices often causes problems, usually because the time zone
and DST setting is different on the computer and device.

So even when everything is correct on the Local pc(not laptop)
Syncing can screw things up on the local pc?
