I have a Mail Enabled Global Security Group. I want to
give a single user the ability to add and remove users
from this one group. How do I do this? I do not want to
make him an account operator because I only want him to
manage this one single group. How can I accomplish this?

To do this create an Organisational Unit and place the group in that OU.
Then use the delegation of administration wizard to assign the user required
the permission to add/delete user accounts from this OU ONLY!! It is
important that you specify from this OU and not all OU's.

Right click the group and select the delegate option. You can then delegate the ability to manage the group by following
the prompts. Alternatively you can you can create a special OU and do this delegation on the OU and move the group into
the OU.
