Group Mailing Labels from an Excel 2003 Spreadsheet

Can someone e-mail me COMPLETE WORKABLE instructions (step by step) on how
to create and print out group labels using names and addresses on an Excel
spreadsheet???? I have books, have downloaded instructions off the
internet, gone through all the HELPS on both Excel and Word and still have
not been successful!! I've been struggling with this for a month and
there's always some part of it that doesn't work!! I have Office 2003
Professional and Windows XP Professional.
