If anyone can help please reply.
Here is the situation;
I have an Win XP pro SP1(logs in the domain, User has
Admins rights on the local computer) with Office XP SP2.
The user used to be able to access group mailboxes
without any issues. about a month and a half ago he lost
access to his access to open any items in any mailbox
that has an attachment. He can open emails without
attachments but for any email with attachement a message
box pops up saying "you do not have permission to access
this item. please see your administrator". i have checked
with the administrator and the mailbox owner and all his
permissions in the mailboxes have not changed. The
permission is the same with everyone else who accesses
the mailbox(reviewer). If i log into another computer
using his ID with the same system specs and setup as his
computer i am able to browse the emails with and without
any attachments. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Office XP, recreated his profile in the computer,
recreated his Outlook profile and even moved the computer
to another network subnet. i can not seem to find a
solution. If anyone out there have experienced this
problem please let me know how to resolve it.
