If I understand your question correctly, neither BCM or Outlook by itself
allows you to do this without using bcentral's list builder. Microsoft's
full CRM allows what is called "Direct Mail" for mass blast mailing.
Unfortunately, this is yet another easily available feature decidedly left
out that "business users" of all sizes regularly would need and use ! Check
out the group mailing feature built in to this alternative at www.avidian.com.
