[Group] in Excel top bar, worksheet won't filter

I was attempting keyboard shortcuts when suddenly [Group] in the filename on
the top bar of Excel.

Now the filter functions are greyed out and I'm stuck.

This means you have multiple worksheet tabs selected. To remove the
group, click on any worksheet tab that isn't white or right-click over one
of the white (grouped) worksheet tabs and choose "Ungroup Sheets" from the
shortcut menu.
