I originally posted this to the Access Modules group. I
am hoping someone here can answer my question.
I have group headers that show up on every page. These
are located in the Page Header section. This is so I can
get page total for the group (i.e. on a 50 page report I
can see the group pages are 1 of 5 though the actual page
is 23 of 51).
I would like to know if there is a way to not have the
group header show up on every page. We are trying to
publish the report with Adobe. I do not have adobe, but
the person I send the report to does. I export the report
to Word and send this person the Word doc. They will then
create heading on the 2nd line of the group header. Then
when they publish it with adobe it will automatically
create bookmarks on these headings. The problem is that
now there are 5 bookmarks for each group heading (office
location).
Any help would be appreciated.
