Group emails

How to create "distribution list" in exchange contact with a group of user
email address? That means, user just need to select a "name" in exchange
contact contains a group of user email addresses and mails will send to this
group of user.
 
What i meant is to create it in the "Global Address
List". So that staff in my comany can use it.
