Group email

How do I hide the receipients in the "Send to" field? I want to create a group email to change my email address and wish to keep my list private.
 
Place your recipients in the BCC field. If you don't see the field on a
message, then go to View...BCC field.

Thanks Kathy. I'm sure this will work. But i've gotten emails from organizations that say "Receipient list suppressed". I was wondering how this is done
