Group E-mails

I work in the Real Estate Industry. I am a member of a 6-
person team of specialists. How can set up an easy E-
mail system to type up an e-mail and automatically send
it to each person on the team without typing or copying
and pasting each of their e-mails in one at a time?

The Team is called the Jacobson Team. I would like to
just type in the send Box Jacobson and have it put
everyone's name in and then I can press send.

Choose File-> New-> Distributionlist. Click Select Members... to add
contacts to the distribution list. Name the distributionlist Jacobsen and
press the Save and Close button.
