Grokster/hyperlink chaous

Like a dummy, I downloaded Grokster, and although it is
now deleted, I still get dozens of URL's opening each time
I open IE or Outlook - and sometimes when I have not
opened either (we are on a DSL line).
How do I identify and get rid of whatever file is enabling
this madness? Thank you in advance for your help!
