gridview check all checkbox

I have gridview that has a checkbox in the header. This checkbox allows the user to 'check all' rows in the gridview.
How can I have all my rows with checkboxes checked by default when the gridview loads?
 
I figured it out.

in the grid_RowDataBound() i did this

foreach (GridViewRow row in Grid.Rows)
{
CheckBox chkBox= (CheckBox)row.FindControl("checkBoxStuff");
chkBox.Checked = true;
}
