Grid Lines at begining of every year?

I have a 10+ year chart, starting June 1992 and ending Dec-2003. I want the
vertical grid line at every Jan-1st and the axis labels Jan-93, Jan-94,
Jan-95 etc. Right now, they are June-93, June-94 etc..
