Grid Control

In a VB.NET 2003 Smart Device Application, neither the "CE Grid Control 3.0"
nor the "FlexGrid" controls are available. (Enabling them in "Add/Remove
Toolbox Items" makes them appear on the toolbox, but they are grayed out.)
It there a replacement I'm overlooking? (The DataGrid won't work for me
because I need to set font attributes by cell.)
