URGENT. Need answer by Wednesday 4th May if anyone can help me at all. I have
done a lot of charts in excel and want to turn them to greyscale so I can
print them off. I have tried all the help options. Is there anything I can do
apart from changing the colours on every single chart.

Lisa,
Go to File | Page Setup | Sheet (tab) and checkmark "Black and white".
Print a test sheet and see if that meets your needs.
If not, please explain what you mean by "greyscale".

you can copy or cut the charts then hold shift and select edit and paste as a
picture. On the picture toolbar you can select grey scale.

remember that they will not be interactive charts now
