Please HELP! I went from an XP to Win7 with Office Pro 2007 and moved my pst
files and can't designate any contact list as an address book in Outlook;
same product! Option is greyed out and says to contact administrator. I
don't have one! How do I get an address book? I've tried via Tools, via
Right clicking on contact properties, nothing works. PLEASE suggest
something! I have distribution lists that I really need today! Thanks, in
advance...

You migrated your data incorrectly.
Create a new Mail profile in Control panel-Mail-Show Profiles-Add and attach
the existing pst file to it.
See here on how.
