Grey-out folder view options

Hi

Is it possible to disable the options in the Folder options dialog in the
registry (My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View)?

I'm asking because I want to hide all files on the HD and prevent people
from selecting show all hidden files and folders (security on non-NTFS
filesystem).
