Green distortion

I took a 6 30 sec clips from FRAPS and add some music. During playback its
fine but once I save it, green lines show up. Now I have done this before
with no music and it worked fine. Any help would be great.

If you reduce your Graphics Hardware Acceleration
as per the instructions in the following article and
realize an improvement, it's an indication that you
need to update your video driver:
