green bars or blue

when I turn on my computer and the microsoft Windows page appears the bars
that travel from left to right are blue. At one time they were green .What
happened? is there somthing wrong?

Once Service Pack 2 is installed, both Windows XP Home and
Professional have the blue bars on the startup screen. XP Home
originally displayed the green bars.

You will also notice if you have XP Home. The words "Home Edition" also are missing on the MS start-up page, after the SP2 update has been installed.
