It is good news, I belive that all school children should be taught CPR as it will give all them in confidence in dealing an emergency and often they are in attendance should a grand parent or parent suffer a heart attack and it is important to start CPR as soon as posible, obviously calling calling 999 first.
I expect improved diet awareness and less folk smoking over the last thirty years or so are contributory factors.
My mothers' side of the family have some history of heart ilness but not my fathers. Neither side of my family has any history of cancer though as far back as anybody can remember. Hmm.
