This made Chris Hadfield famous

Only allowed 12months online due to copyright permission it is due to be taken off today

Awww shame

I think the whole copyright thing is a bit stupid. I mean Chris Hadfield is not a YouTube partner, so he doesn't earn money from the views the video got. But David Bowie would still get royalties for it as long as it was up. So why not give Chris Hadfield a copyright licnse for 10 years and Mr Bowie would have made a few quid.

Wondered what this was all about

So I searched.

Oh, it's that one innit?

I saw Bowie perform that song one Saturday afternoon, summer of '69, Bromley Gardens, with a lot of me school friends.

Then later that year in Beckenham Place Park, which prompted Mr Jones to write 'Memory Of A Free Festival'.

Quite enough trivia from me for one day ;)
