Graphs missing, slides lose the bullets, things no longer centered

One of our users is having a problem with presentations in that when she
opens them, the graphs are missing information (i.e.: only the center lines
of the data points remain, the slides lose the bullets and things are no
longer centered).

Someone else can login in on her machine (we are on a LAN) and open the
presentation and it shows correctly. We have rebuilt her windows profile and
even recreated her network account and this resolves the problem temporarily.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem with PowerPoint for her?
 
The printer driver was the problem. Thanks so much!
