Graphs in Power Point

I am attempting to make some graphs in power point (2000) simply using the data tables offered by power point (in other words, I am not importing from another program like Excel). I can't seem to get category labels on the x axis of a bar graph. Any suggestions???? Thanks!

How is your data set up?

Are any of the category labels showing up on the axis? If so, it's a
font size issue. Make the font smaller.
