Graphs and related Data sheet

Can anyone help - I want to show a graph (Pie chart) with its realted
datasheet underneath. I also want the 'seen datashee't and graph to chage as
I aletr data in the main datasheet

If you've added the chart directly from PPT and not from Excel, doubleclick it
to activate it, then from the main menu, choose Chart, Chart Options.

On the Data Table tab, put a check next to "Show data table"

You may be able to do the same thing or nearly so with an Excel chart.
 
this function only able to put the datatable without able to move the
datatable individually against the chart
 
That's correct. This feature is rudimentary at best.

You could create the chart with the datasheet as described, make a copy and
drag it off the slide so you have the original available if you still need
it, then ungroup the copy of the chart/datasheet on the slide. Then you can
move the individual parts. If you want to group the datasheet stuff
together, for example, to make that easier, select the pieces of the
datasheet then click the Draw button on the Drawing toolbar and choose
Group.
