Bro

Whenever I open a page in ie, the pictures will not load.
I can click on the picture (which is just the red X),
scroll to "show picture", click on that, and the picture
will load. But upon going to a page, none of the pictures
will load. Any ideas?

First, make sure if the "Show Pictures" option is turned on in Advanced tab
of Internet Options.
