I can get web pages to load in but the graphics on the
pages won't load and I just see those boxes with little
red x's. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.
 
Normally you get those red x's if the link is broken - but
if you are getting that on all the web pages you view then
that is unlikely.

go to tools then internet options and then advanced.
Scroll down and check that the "see images" box is checked.

no promises - but that might solve the problem

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
