Graphics online and email

I don't know if I'm explaining this correctly, but
suddenly when I get emails that have webpages in them, I
don't get any pictures, only little boxes with red Xs in
them. I also get this problem when I visit different
websites. I don't know how to enable my email and web
access to allow me to view these graphics. I didn't have
this problem in the past, only recently.

Did you get an answer? I'm having the same problem. I
followed all the directions in Article #283807 and nothing
helped. The last resolution was to do a complete systems
back-up but that seems too drastic.
