We have a problem of some graphics on some programs some
of the time do not refresh properly. This causes the
graphics with text to be unreadable and causes the B/W
images to have some color. Is there any way of fixing
this problem.

In Windows Server 2003 this is as simple as checking a box in the Terminal Server Configuration MMC -> Server Settings -> Limit users to one session

In 2000 there is no such capability, so you can either purchase a third party utility like serverboss or GINAOnc

(never used it but this is listed as one of its' features) o

check out a future MSFT resource kit utility (looks promising)

or their older tool CConnec

There's a simple script that existed for NT4 TSE that would probably work, but I seem to have lost it. It was posted on thethin.ne
