I have Windows XP Pro and I recently purchased a GeForce
FX 5200 Light Version 128 MB DDR AGP graphics card.
After disabling my integrated graphics card driver(from
device manager) and installing the new driver(even the
updated one from the graphics company's website), I
encounter two error messages upon startup (hkcmd and
igfxtray, which immediately do not respond). Also, I
cannot right click on the desktop or else explorer has an
error. I can disable hkcmd and igfxtray upon startup but
I still can't right click on the desktop without an
error. I contacted the video company and after
reinstalling everything (including Windows XP Pro. and
the graphics card), the problem still occurs...They say
it has something to do with Windows XP Pro...HELP ME!

You need to open the BIOS and disable the onboard video
and then enable AGP in the BIOS, too!
