Graphics card problem

Please help!!! I have a GeForce 4200 Ti... everything is working fine but when I play Madden NFL 2004... in some random point of the game the computer just restart by himself.
Later, when the desktop is launched... there is a notice that the computer restarted himself due to a mistake with the graphic card.

Please help me and tell me what to do!

Perhaps post to an nvidia newsgroup rather than xp.

Try updating the display driver or using another driver. Jym
