graphics card not found

having a problem I installed omega drivers for my video
card now I cannt play any games says direct x problem or
no 3d graphic card avalible in display properties it says
its a Vgasave and it will not find the video card and I
have a fx5600 I think I did every thing but format and
start over

Completely wipe out any traces of any nVidia drivers, try this tool

Boot the machine into safe mode (press F8 just before Windows boots), use
"uninstall" from the driver options in Device Manager, and anything else
still remaining in Add Remove Programs etc, the Omega's etc, I'm not sure if
Det Destroyer deals with them or not.

Reboot again.

Put the machine back into safe mode, if Windows prompts you to install any
drivers cancel them, and run the driver .exe file
