Hi, I would like to install an old ATI graphics Card X1650X into the
computer that is using P5B Vista Edition.

What Drivers version should I download ?

From www.hisdigital.com
or from
ATI.com

Thanks

The HIS drivers are probably just branded editions of the same ATI
drivers. Unless the card has non-stock clocks, or some manufacturers
add-ons, just go with the ATI.

ATI is the way to go every time. The clock speeds are set in the BIOS
and have nothing to do with the driver. I have not seen any cards that
have such a specialist add on that ATI's drivers won't be up to the
job.
