I recently purchased a Dell XPS Desktop with a NVIDIA GeForce 6800 graphics
card. The card has a composite (yellow RCA) jack on the back as well as a
S-video cable, and a TV-Out. One of the reasons I chose this card was so
that I could hook up my Playstation to my PC and play on my monitor so I
could avoid having a tv in my cramped room. I have not been able to figure
out how to make the graphics card read the playstation however - when I plug
in the PS and turn it on, nothing happens. I'm assuming that either a) there
is a way to switch the input (or something) on the NVIDIA to make it pick up
the composite input or b) the jack is only a composite video out (which would
really suck). I have tried plugging in the PS and the restarting the
computer, as well as messing around with the display options on the control
panel. Does anybody know how to make this work?!? Thanks so much!!!
