I created a PowerPoint 2000 presentation with many
graphics and fonts. When I e-mailed the presentation to
someone who has PowerPoint 2000, some of the fonts changed
and were out of place and the graphics were not where I
put them. On top of it all, the presentation did not
automatically start playing. It opened up in Powerpoint,
then you had to choose the "play presentation" option to
view it. Any help on how I can make it play
automatically, as well as keep the same fonts and graphics
in the same areas in which I put them? Thanx for your
help.

Di'Mon,

Chances are....you have used some fonts that the other person does not
have....
If you stick to Arial, Times, Symbol then you should be OK.

To make the presentation run automatically at the other end.....save as a
"presentation Show"
or rename from .ppt to .pps
