graphic pop up

How do I create a pop up window in FrontPage 2003 so when you scroll over a
thumbnail, a larger photo appears of that graphic? I followed the Behaviors
as described in the HELP menu, but the pop up window only allows text, I
can't insert the graphic.
Should I be following another type of format?

Use Spawn from JimCo: http://www.jimcosoftware.com/addins.aspx. It's free
and the pop up windows are configurable.
